This Site Plan indicates the
location of where the diesel contaminated soil was reused as fill.
This area is currently covered with asphalt and is not in contact
with ground water or within areas of drainage and is not exposed to
any surface water.
Therefore, due to the Board' s severe staff and funding shortfalls
and inability to review my reports, and in consideration of the
various communication that you and I have had, the soil has been
reused on site.
I believe that we used best management practices in this approach
of managing our waste. Should the Board find the time to review my
reports and/or remediation plan and find any problems with same,
please let me know; otherwise, I am going to consider this issue
resolved and in need of no further action by myself or the property
own rs.
Sin r ly,
Dave Arnaiz
Vice President
DA:cg
CC: Mike Infurna
Public Health Services of San Joaquin County
P.O.
