EI Dorado St, Stockton <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has completed the review of <br /> the application for a permit to replace the 91 grade/diesel annular sensor with a Veeder Root <br /> Model 303, and the 91 grade PLLD with a Veeder Root Model 001 on the underground storage <br /> tank (UST) system at the above noted address. The permit has been approved with the <br /> following conditions: <br /> 1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control <br /> District for any applicable permits and requirements. <br /> 2. Any changes in information and scope of work must be submitted to EHD for approval <br /> prior to commencing work. All new addenda supersede the previous ones. <br /> 3. Contact Jeffrey Wong at (209) 209-468-0335 to arrange the following inspection <br /> appointments (a 48-hour notice is required for inspection appointments). Please be <br /> aware that inspections for emergency work must be scheduled within five days of permit <br /> approval. <br /> a. Sensor functionality: Functionality of the monitoring system must be verified to <br /> ensure that monitoring has been restored to meet the requirements of Title 23 <br /> California Code of Regulations and the Health & Safety Code. <br /> b. Leak detector test: Leak detector must be tested to confirm that the device can <br /> detect a leak of 3 gallons per hour at 10 psi. <br /> Please be aware that the facility cannot operate the UST system prior to the EHD <br /> inspection and approval. <br /> 4. Any individual performing the work of a service technician must meet the following <br /> qualifications: <br /> a. Possess or be employed by a person who possesses one of several permissible <br /> valid, current contractor's licenses issued by the Contractors State License Board <br />
