The following is a <br /> Repeat Violations: 104, 311, and Minor-Notice to Comply: 313 <br /> 104. (Repeat) Financial responsibility documents have not been submitted to the EHD. Current financial <br /> responsibility documents are required to be submitted annually. A copy of current financial responsibility <br /> documents were provided to EHD during this inspection. Violation has been corrected on site. <br /> 311. (Repeat) The diesel line leak detector failed to detect a leak when tested. All line leak detectors <br /> shall be capable of detecting a 3-gallon per hour leak at 10 psi. Immediately have a properly licensed, <br /> trained, and certified contractor repair or replace the failed leak detector (LG 113-x listed, if applicable) <br /> and obtain a permit within one business day from the EHD. If the failed leak detector can't be replaced <br /> immediately, there is a possibility that the UST system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs. <br /> 313. The 87-octane spill container failed when tested. All spill containers shall have a minimum capacity <br /> of five gallons and be capable of containing a spill or overfill until it is detected or cleaned up. <br /> Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and certified contractor to repair or replace the spill <br /> container under permit and inspection of the EHD. <br /> NOTES <br /> Assisted owner in complying with AB 2286 requirement to submit electronic data of CUPA hazardous <br /> material programs to the statewide portal California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br /> ALL EHD STAFF TIME ASSOCIATED WITH FAILING TO COMPLY BY THE ABOVE NOTED DATES WILL BE BILLED AT THE CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> Iq T S CILI S UBJECT TO REINSPECTIONAT ANYTIME AT EHD'S CURRENT HOURLY RATE. <br /> Insp t Received By.
