In your letter to Lika dated <br /> March 24, 1993, you requested that a well decommissioning work plan for the Navy Drive <br /> site be submitted to DTSC for review and approval. This letter presents the well <br /> decommissioning work plan for the Navy Drive site and the Field Avenue site (as discussed <br /> with Mr. Fernando Amador of DTSC on April 13, 1993) for your review and approval. <br /> This work plan is divided into the following sections: Introduction (Objectives and <br /> Background), and Field Activities (Evaluation of Wells and Well Decommissioning <br /> Activities). <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> This workplan has been prepared to decommission the monitoring wells at Lika's former <br /> facilities located on 2041 Navy drive and 1856 Field Avenue in Stockton, California <br /> (Figure 1).
