The post closure groundwater <br /> monitoring program was specified in the Department of Health Services (DHS) Certification <br /> Approval for Remedial/Removal Action dated June 29, 1990. As specified in the agreement, <br /> groundwater samples were collected quarterly for two years from seven monitoring wells <br /> (MW-1, MW-2, MW-4, MW-6, MW-14, MW-15, and MW-30). The groundwater samples <br /> were collected in accordance with the post closure groundwater monitoring program. This <br /> letter presents the sampling activities and the analytical results of the samples collected <br /> during the ninth and final quarter of the groundwater monitoring program and also presents <br /> a summary of the entire groundwater program. <br /> GROUNDWATER MONITORING PROGRAM - NINTH QUARTER <br /> The groundwater samples for the ninth quarter were collected on October 26, 1992. <br /> Groundwater samples could be collected from only four of the seven monitoring wells <br /> 90189N/9QUARTER/12-21-92 SAC <br /> 10370 Old Placerville Rd..Suite 104 • Sacramento,CA 95827-2505 • (916)368-0988 • Fax:(916)368-0967 <br />
