Soil samples L2-5.0 and 13.0 were collected on May 3,2006 by a Geoprobe drill rig at the location where PHSEHD had postulated that a former D-box had been located. The soil samples were collected using a continuous core plastic liner that was driven into the subsurface. The sample L2-5.0 was collected approximately 6 inches below the green plastic hardline pipe. The following constituents were reported to be present from GeoAnalytical Laboratories Report #S6E0309 from soil sample L2-5.0.
