FROM DANNAMARK PHONE NO. : 12099410110 Jan. 2e 2002 04:49PM P2
ZDANAMARK
Mailing Address Plant Address
P.O. BOX 170 7367 E. Mariposa Rd.
LINDEN, CA 95236 Stockton, CA 95215
(209) 941.4500 FAX(209) 941-0118
Jan. 28, 2002
Michael J. Infurna Jr.
San Joaquin Public
Health Services
Environmental Health Division
304 E. Weber Ave. Third Fl .
Stockton, Ca. 95202
Dear Mr_ infurna:
I was shocked to hear from you today informing me that the
evidence that you had requested and I had provided would not
now be sufficient for you to retire this matter. As you had
specifically told me that such evidence would retire this matter.
I find it questioning as to why, as you said your higher ups
are, interrupting the evidence in such a way as to cause me
the greatest harm.
Your map shows the well with a long line away from the building,
maybe not to scale but it is a long way from the building, by
no means next to or even close.
Your people in the office are not aware of the lay out of the
property here, never being out here. . But I imagine that the
well was placed on the edge of the property for two reasons-
The first being that there is asphalt next to the building and
there was no reason to destroy the asphalt. The second being
that the area between the building and the edge of the property
is not wide, it is all utilized as a drive area for trucks and
cars . As you may or may not know when a hole such as this is
drilled, later on a depression forms, this would not be conducive
to vehicular traffic. They would get stuck. Doesn't this all
just make sense?
The San Joaquin Co. Public Works Dept. own maps show a widening
of the road after the well was put in.
The former owners have told me, and I can get their statement,
that the well was in fact put on the edge of the property. Who
would be better to know? The person in your office in. 2002?
I don't believe that you can just arbitrarily place the well
just to cause me harm, can you?
The facts speak for themselves and satisfy the question as to
the whereabouts of the well- Pursuing me any further on this
matter is discrimination, and serves no purpose.
