DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. A Parcel Map is required. <br /> b. A terminal drainage system shall be provided to meet the <br /> requirements of the County, South San Joaquin Irrigation <br /> District, and to provide adequate drainage for the <br /> subdivision. In the event that South San Joaquin Irrigation <br /> District does not allow discharging storm drainage into their <br /> system, a storm drainage pond will be required. <br /> C. A County Services Area shall be formed prior to the approval <br /> of the Parcel Map to provide for the operation, maintenance, <br /> and improvement of the terminal storm drainage facility. <br /> 2. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DIVISION <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Ordinance Requirements may also <br /> apply. Ordinance Requirements are not appealable. <br /> a. Connection to a public sewer system is required if it is <br /> available. <br /> b. A sewage disposal system designed by a registered engineer <br /> will be required. <br /> C. Install risers to the surface from the septic tank to <br /> facilitate routine pumping of the tank. <br /> d. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be <br /> stored, removed, and transported to an approved landfill in <br /> accordance with San Joaquin County Ordinance #887 and #1481, <br /> Title 2 . 3 and 7 .8 of the California Government Code, and Title <br /> 14 , CCR. <br />
