* b. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grad- <br /> ing permit issued by the Building Inspection Division <br /> prior to performing any excavation or filling of earth <br /> material. <br /> ( 1 ) The grading plan shall contain the information listed <br /> in the U.B .C . , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006 (d ) . <br /> ( 2 ) The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br /> ( 3 ) Grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall comply <br /> with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements. " <br /> ( 4 ) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be <br /> incorporated in the grading plans . <br /> ( 5 ) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a <br /> foundation inspection. <br /> (6 ) All grading permits are subject to approval by the <br /> other departments . <br /> * c. The construction site plan shall indicate the following : <br /> ( 1 ) Provide parking for the physically handicapped . The <br /> spaces shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> ( 2 ) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, <br /> including a "tow away" sign at each entrance, to be <br /> visible from each space (C.A.C. , Title 24) . <br /> ( 3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4-inch <br /> per foot (C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . <br /> 5 . South San Joaquin Irrigation District: <br /> a. A District ' s irrigation Service Abandonment Agreement <br /> shall be executed for those parcels not wishing to receive <br /> irrigation service or dedicate appropriate irrigation <br /> easements and provide for the extension of an irrigation <br /> line to serve Parcel " l . " <br /> b. Construct a berm or ditch along the south and east sides <br /> of Parcel " 1" to prevent flooding from the irrigation of <br /> Parcel "2 . " <br /> 6 . Air Pollution Control District: <br /> Dust control practices shall be implemented during the <br /> construction process, as specified by the District. <br /> 5 - <br />
