* b. A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grad- ing permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to performing any excavation or filling of earth material. ( 1 ) The grading plan shall contain the information listed in the U.B .C . , Appendix, Chapter 70 , Section 7006 (d ) . ( 2 ) The grading plan shall include complete drainage details and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall details shall be submitted where applicable. ( 3 ) Grading in excess of 5 , 000 cubic yards shall comply with Section 7014 for "Engineered Grading Requirements. " ( 4 ) All recommendations of the soils engineer shall be incorporated in the grading plans . ( 5 ) All compaction reports must be submitted prior to a foundation inspection. (6 ) All grading permits are subject to approval by the other departments . * c. The construction site plan shall indicate the following : ( 1 ) Provide parking for the physically handicapped . The spaces shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance (C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . ( 2 ) Provide identification signs for the parking spaces, including a "tow away" sign at each entrance, to be visible from each space (C.A.C. , Title 24) . ( 3) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4-inch per foot (C.A.C. , Title 24 ) . 5 . South San Joaquin Irrigation District: a. A District ' s irrigation Service Abandonment Agreement shall be executed for those parcels not wishing to receive irrigation service or dedicate appropriate irrigation easements and provide for the extension of an irrigation line to serve Parcel " l . " b. Construct a berm or ditch along the south and east sides of Parcel " 1" to prevent flooding from the irrigation of Parcel "2 . " 6 .
