Water Supply
API Job 489-124
Mike:
Per your phone conversation with Howard Miller of CCF I am writing this letter
stating our intent regarding water supply to our property at 17218 S. Comconex.
It has always been our intent to annex into county service area 430 water
supply, located due west in the Manteca Industrial Park. However for eighteen
month we have been trying to obtain an easement to extend the water line to
Comconex Road. We could install a private well for drinking water, but our
biggest concern was fire protection and that is why we want to be a part of
C.S.A. #30.
The property we wish an easement from from is again in escrow and the potential
buyer wants to work with us on this matter. And now another church (Crossroads
Grace Community Church) is to be built on the northeast corner of State Highway
120 and Comconex Road.
To expedite construction we would like to temporarily tie into existing large
agriculture well located between the two churches. We would like your assistance
in testing this water and establishing any requirements to bring it to a safe
level for drinking.
Thank you for your help and willingness to serve the community. And we will
appreciate a prompt response.
Sincerely,
Brian Pendley
Architect
BP/de
4200 East Avenue, Livermore, California 94550 (415)447-40 1 7
f Earl E.Mason Edward M.King Randall H.Schlier itz
Civil&Structural Engineer Land Surveyor Architect AIA
