File No.: 20-3304-01 <br /> February 1, 1990 <br /> Page 1 <br /> REPORT <br /> GEOTECHNICAL INVESTIGATION <br /> PROPOSED MULTI-PURPOSE BUILDING <br /> COVENANT CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP CHURCH <br /> MANTECA, CALIFORNIA <br /> MS-90-44 <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> In this report are presented the results of a geotechnical investigation performed for <br /> the proposed Covenant Christian Fellowship Church Multi-Purpose Building to be <br /> constructed at the north end of Comconex .Road in Manteca, California. A plot plan <br /> and vicinity map showing the approximate location of the proposed construction are <br /> presented on Plate I. <br /> We understand that construction will consist of an approximate 9,900 square feet <br /> single-story wood-frame structure with a slab-on-grade floor. The structure will <br /> accomodate up to 300 persons and will be surrounded by parking and landscape areas <br /> with a leach field located on the south side of the proposed structure. We also <br /> understand that the rest of the site is for future developement. Additional details <br /> regarding the planned construction or loading conditions are not known to our firm at <br /> this time. <br /> PURPOSES AND SCOPE OF INVESTIGATION <br /> The purposes of our geotechnical investigation have been to explore and evaluate the <br /> surface and subsurface soil conditions at the proposed structure location and to provide <br /> recommendations for use in design. The scope of our services was outlined in our <br /> discussions and in our proposal dated January 11 , 1990. Our services were initiated <br /> based on your written authorization. <br /> 1 <br />
