ORDINANCE REQUIREMENTS <br /> FISHER <br /> MS -90--36 <br /> Unless otherwise specified , all Ordinance Requirements shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Parcel flap. <br /> 1 . DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br /> a. A parcel map is required. <br /> b. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required at the <br /> time of issuance of the building permit . (The fee currently <br /> is $2 , 016 for each dwelling unit . The fee shall be <br /> automatically adjusted annually by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News <br /> Record. ) Resolution R-89-946 suspends the fee until <br /> February 1 , 1990 . <br /> C. Dedication to result in a 30---foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of Sowles Road to the property line shall be <br /> required across the frontage of Parcels #1 and #2- <br /> 2 . PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES <br /> a. Construction of an individual domestic water well , on parcel <br /> #1 and #2 , under a well permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development . <br /> b. Construct and individual sewage disposal system, on parcel <br /> #1 and #2, under a permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division at the time of development. <br /> 3 . LIBERTY FIRE DISTRICT <br /> a. The right-of-way shall have a minimum unobstructed width of <br /> not less that 20-feet and turn arounds shall be provided in <br /> all access roads in excess of 150-feet in length adequate to <br /> handle fire apparatus . Vertical road clearance must be <br /> unobstructed of not less than 13 feet 6 inches . Surface <br /> shall be designed and maintained to support the imposed <br /> loads of fire apparatus and shall be provided with a surface <br /> so as to provide all weather driving capabilities as <br /> required by the uniform Fire Code 1985 edition, section <br /> 10 . 207 . <br />
