SECOR <br /> 2.0 FIRST QUARTER 2006 COMPLETED WORK SUMMARY <br /> 2.1 STTC <br /> • SECOR conducted quarterly groundwater monitoring and sampling on and adjacent to <br /> the Stockton terminals in accordance with MRP No. R5-2004-0823, which is <br /> summarized in Table 1 and provided in Appendix A. SECOR gauged site wells on <br /> February 6, 2006 and collected groundwater samples from site wells on February 6 <br /> through February 9, 2006 following the protocols described in Appendix D. Several <br /> wells were inaccessible during this sampling effort due to the presence of standing <br /> water. The wells that were not gauged and/or sampled because they were under water <br /> include AR/MW-3A, AR/MW-5A, AR/MW-513, AR/MW-5C, AR/MW-613, AR/MW-8A, <br /> AR/MW-8B, AR/MW-8C, AR/MW-13A, AR/MW-13C, AR/MW-22A, AR/MW-23A, <br /> AR/MW-24A, TO/MW-1, TO/R-2, TO/R-5. Well OW-4A was not gauged or sampled <br /> because the monument was damaged. During gauging activities on February 6, 2006, <br /> visible sheen was reported in wells TS-4 and AR/MW-11A. However, the wells were <br /> subsequently sampled on February 7, 2006. <br /> • On March 8, 2006, SECOR supervised a subcontractor, Cornerstone Environmental <br /> Contractors, repair the well casing and monument for monitoring well OWAA. <br /> • 2.2 Additional Work Performed on STTC Sites <br /> BP Terminal: <br /> Outside of routine groundwater monitoring and sampling activities conducted at the site, <br /> no work was performed by SECOR on the BP Terminal during the first quarter 2006. <br /> Tesoro Terminal: <br /> Outside of routine groundwater monitoring and sampling activities conducted at the site, <br /> no work was performed by SECOR on the Tesoro Terminal during the first quarter 2006. <br /> Time Oil Terminal: <br /> • Outside of routine groundwater monitoring and sampling activities conducted at the site, <br /> no other work was performed by SECOR at the Time Oil Terminal during the first quarter <br /> 2006. <br /> • <br /> STTC 1Q06 Final Report 3 May 1, 2006 <br /> 770T.43673.12.0002 <br />
