(SFPP), Stockton Terminal, located <br /> at 2947 Navy Drive in Stockton, California ("the Site"). <br /> 2.0 BACKGROUND <br /> The Site occupies approximately 2.5 acres in Stockton, California. Land use in the area <br /> is generally commercial or industrial. <br /> SFPP owns and operates a bulk petroleum storage and distribution terminal at the Site. <br /> This facility has been used as a transfer and storage facility for refined petroleum <br /> products since 1963. The current facility consists of four aboveground storage tanks used <br /> to store refined petroleum products. <br /> 3.0 PROPOSED SCOPE OF WORK FOR MONITORING WELL <br /> INSTALLATION <br /> The following specific tasks are included in Levineā¢Fricke's proposed scope of work: <br /> Task 1: Prepare a Health and Safety Plan Addendum <br /> Task 2: Obtain Permits and Utility Clearances <br /> Task 3: Drill, Install, and Survey Seven Ground-Water Monitoring Wells <br /> Task 4: Develop Newly-Installed Monitoring Wells <br />
