Box 2009 ENVIROMENTAL HEALTH <br /> Stockton, CA 95201 FERMIT/SERVICES <br /> RE: Shell Oil Distribution Facility <br /> 3515 Navy Drive, Rough & Ready Island <br /> Stockton, California <br /> Dear Ms. Cotulla: <br /> Further to our letter of April 8, 1986 regarding our release of gasoline <br /> at subject plant, WE provide the following. <br /> Appendix A - Observation well data as of July 5, 1986, indicating <br /> hydrocarbon liquid in wells No. 1, 10 and 16. <br /> Appendix B - P of indicating observation wells where ground water <br /> samples were obtained and analyzed for BXT. <br /> Appendix C - L boratory results on BXT sampling. <br /> Appendix D - L boratory results on discharge sample obtained <br /> d wnstream of CPI which is processing recovered <br /> ground water from well No. 1 <br /> To date, the recovery operation from well No. 1 has recovered <br /> approximately 1700 gallons of product.
