D. Personal Injury <br /> If an injury occurs due to an accident or exposure to a hazardous substance, the PACIFIC <br /> office will be notified. The Company Safety Officer will be given all appropriate information <br /> concerning the nature and cause of the injury so that treatment preparations can be initiated. <br /> The injured person will be transported to the Contamination Reduction line where appropriate. <br /> first aid and treatment can begin. The Project Manager will be informed and will investigate <br /> the cause of the injury and make any necessary changes in work procedures. <br /> In the event of an accident resulting in physical injury, first aid will be administered, <br /> and the injured worker will be transported to Saint Joseph's Hospital for emergency <br /> treatment. <br /> Hospital................Saint Joseph's Hospital <br /> Directions to Hospital: <br /> Upon leaving the site turn left (east on Navy Drive). Proceed along Navy Drive and take <br /> Washington Street as it forks off of Navy Drive to the left. Take Washington for <br /> approximately 2 miles until it ends at Weber Street. Turn right on Weber and Go under the <br /> freeway and continue for approximately one mile. Turn left (north) on California Street, and <br /> proceed for approximately two miles to Saint Joseph's Hospital.
