14.0 RECORDKEEPING <br /> A. General <br /> Recordkeeping shall be consistent with OSHA regulations in all respects. The following <br /> permanent records will be maintained in the PACIFIC offices: <br /> 1.Safety Inspection Reports <br /> 2.Personnel Exposure Monitoring Records <br /> 3.OSHA 200 - Current to within 90 days <br /> 4.Accident reports consistent with established PACIFIC procedures <br /> B. Medical Records <br /> Permanent medical records shall be maintained in confidential files by the contract <br /> physician/medical clinic.
