As we <br /> discussed, twenty-six (26) borings would be advanced on thirteen different sites in an <br /> effort to satisfy the CALTRANS requirements for hazardous materials investigation. Some <br /> of the borings would also be positioned in City of Escalon Right-of-Way. Additionally, <br /> Kleinfelder will be advancing borings at several other locations for geotechnical(soil <br /> engineering) purposes. <br /> In accordance with our telephone conversation, Kleinfelder will; <br /> 1. submit a check for$390 along with the pink forms for PHS/EHD billing purposes. <br /> 2. the pink cost recovery form will be signed by a representative of the City of Escalon <br /> and returned to you. <br /> 3. copies of the right-of-entry agreements will be forwarded to you prior to our�securing <br /> the permit for the drilling. <br /> 4. following the PHS/EHD review of the workplan (attached), Kleinfelder will submit <br /> two checks for$89 each for the two permits for the 26 borings.
