Franco's Restaurant <br /> 1246 East Yosemite Avenue(Hwy. 120) <br /> APN 225-080-11 <br /> If any of the above thirteen sites are discovered to have received any form of regulatory closure, <br /> Kleinfelder would contact the City of Escalon for a determination by the City and CALTRANS-10 as <br /> to whether or not the subsurface investigation for said property would be conducted as proposed in <br /> this document. <br /> It has been Kleinfelder's experience that this proposal contains sufficient detail and information to be <br /> submitted to PHS/EHD to review and approve a boring/well'permit. Kleinfelder will therefore submit <br /> this workplan/proposal to PHSIEHD along with a boring location map and a health and safety plan <br /> following approval of this scope of work by CALTRANS-10 and the City of Escalon. Additionally, <br /> the PHS/EHD permits must be approved prior to drilling the borings. Following obtaining approval <br /> from the PHS/EM and the City of Escalon,Kleinfelder will commence the actual field assessment. <br /> Encroachment Permits are anticipated to be required from the City of Escalon for the following sites: <br /> 1. Pacoast Chemical <br /> 1436 1st Street(at McHenry Avenue) <br /> APN 247-140-29 <br /> 2.
