♦ I . <br /> f ^ <br /> CITY OY ESCALON <br /> 1854 Main Street <br /> Escalon, California 95320 <br /> RIGHT OF ENTRY AGREEMENT <br /> McHenry Avenue-Escalon Bellota Road/Highway 120 <br /> Widening/Realignment Project <br /> i <br /> Property Owner: John Bourdon <br /> Property Address: 1405 Main Street <br /> San Joaquin County APN: 227-062-04 <br /> Permission is hereby granted to the City of Escalon, its consultants, representatives, and/or agents, <br /> together with their personnel and equipment, to enter onto the above-referenced real property for the <br /> purposes of conducting a limited subsurface investigation to acquire adequate data and information to <br /> determine if the subject property is free from contaminants of concern. <br /> Activities to be performed on the property include,and are generally limited to, the boring of one or <br /> more test wells, sampling and testing of soils, sampling and testing of group_dwater and a general <br /> observation of activities conducted at the site.. <br /> IT IS UNDERSTOOD AND AGREED: <br /> A <br /> 1. The area of work will be left in an orderly condition upon completion of the work, and any <br /> existing improvements that tray be disturbed or removed during the course of thework will be <br /> repladed in kind. <br /> Any drilling residue, be it soils or liquid, will be contained'and/or covered and removed within <br /> ten (10)working days after completion of the work. These materials will be deposited in an area <br /> that will not cause disruption to the normal activities conducted at the site. <br /> 2. That.permission to do the work and perform the acts stated herein shall remain in full force and <br /> effect until the completion of said sampling, testing, and removal of drilling residues,and that all i <br /> rights granted hereunder shall cease when said work has been completed. <br /> 3.
