Also, I have enclosed a copy of the City of Stockton encroachment permit #64613 which expires on 11/15/97 for the advancement of the CPT soil boring, CPT-226, located on Benjamin Holt Drive and the amended PHS/EHD drilling permit. As PHS/EHD has already issued permit #013671 on 9/17/97 for this CPT work under City of Stockton Encroachment Permit #64326 which expired on 10/1/97, another PHS/EHD permit will not be required, but PHS/EHD will amend the existing permit to reflect the additional encroachment permit issued by the City of Stockton. I understand that work is scheduled to begin on the evening of 10/27/97. As you are aware my work schedule is abbreviated, therefore additional efforts on your part may be necessary to keep PHS/EHD apprised of any scheduling changes.
