(LFR) is <br /> confirming that Smart & Final has granted property access to install and sample a groundwater <br /> monitoring well on the property occupied by Smart& Final, located at 6502 Pacific Avenue in <br /> Stockton, California. Before LFR can perform this work, we must obtain a well permit from San <br /> Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (SJC PHS/EHD). To issue <br /> the permit, the SIC PHS/EHD must have written permission to conduct this work from Smart & <br /> Final. Therefore, please sign the acknowledgment in the space indicated, transmit the signed <br /> document to me via facsimile, and return the original to me in the enclosed self-addressed, <br /> postage-paid envelope. <br /> We currently anticipate conducting this field work in mid-June.
