("LPL")has received your April 21, 1997 request for Site <br /> access to conduct the source-area cone penetrometer testing and push-in polyvinlyl chloride <br /> piezometer sampling("CPT/PIPP') investigation at Lincoln Center. LPL hereby grants Levine- <br /> Fricke Recon CURSE) Site access to perform the source-area CPT/PIPP mvespgation activities <br /> described in your April 21, 1997 correspondence. LPL has noted that LFR's access request <br /> contemplates seven stages over the course of a seven week period. LPI, requests that LFR <br /> provide a map setting forth the order in which LFR intends to conduct the CPT/PIPP activities <br /> over the seven week period and the expected completion rate per everting. LPL will need at least <br /> 24 hours advance notice of any significant scheduling changes or delays so it can arrange its field <br /> oversight staff. Consistent with past activities, LPL's representatives with offices at Lincoln <br /> Center will observe the source-area CPT/PIPP investigation on an intermittent basis over the <br /> course of the seven week period. <br /> LPL has also noted chat LFR has requested Site access from 8:00 p.tn. to 7:00 a.m. <br /> during the periods indicated in your correspondence.
