She has concluded that a RCRA permit would not be required for the <br /> proposed treatment if it meets the definition of a"wastewater treatment unit"under 40 CFR Section <br /> 260.10. <br /> I hope this information is helpful, and the remedial investigation and interim remedial measures can <br /> proceed in an expeditious manner.
