LFR anticipates that minimal piping modifications <br /> will be performed in an existing utility vault at the Chevron station property. The details of this <br /> work will be submitted to Chevron under separate cover at a later date. Chevron Texaco will have <br /> final approval on locations of all wells, piping, and electrical service on Chevron Texaco property. <br /> Before LFR can install the extraction well and piezometer on the subject property, we must obtain <br /> well permits from the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br /> (SJC PHS/EHD). In order to issue these permits, the SJC PHS/EHD must have written permission <br /> from the property owner and tenant to conduct work on the subject property.
