To the extent that this maybe required,LFR should minimize the impact on Lincoln Center by maintaining only those support vehicles necessary to complete the grouting. It is LPL's understanding that only one support vehicle is needed to perform the grouting activities. As agreed in the past, LFR should delay work until after 10:00 p.m. in the vicinity of monitoring wells MW-7, MW-9, MW-11, MW-12 and MW-21 in order to minimize impact on tenants in those areas which maintain business hours after 10:00 p.m. LPL has determined that . there are additional businesses which may be impacted by I.FR's activities.
