Kau,67 a Gl
Date: March 22, 1995
Subject: Focused SAP Results, Lincoln Center, Stockton,California
EPC Reference: 21.01/LWK.0249
Number of Pages: 2 + 3 tables and appendices
Attached please find three tables summarizing the results for samples collected
during the sampling conducted at Lincoln Center, Stockton, California on
November 21 and 22, 1994. The tables are grouped by type of analysis: Table 1
summarizes the volatile organic compounds, tetrachloroethylene (PCE),
trichloroethylene (TCE), and 1,2-dichloroethylene (DCE), as detected using EPA
Method 8260; Table 2 reports the general minerals results; and Table 3 provides
the Total Volatile Petroleum Hydrocarbon (TPH) results.
As you know, these samples were collected under the direction of Bonkowski &
Associates, and their subcontractors, following the Focused Sampling and Analysis
Plan for Confirmation Sampling of Existing Monitoring Wells at the Lincoln Village
Center, Stockton, California, dated March 28, 1994. Environmental Project Control
has reviewed the field notes and interviewed some of the field crew and finds no
reason to question the sampling efforts. The organic analyses were conducted
by Pacific Analytical Laboratory, who subcontracted the minerals analysis to
Montgomery Laboratories and the TPH analyses to Quanterra Laboratories.
