(LH) has been retained by the professional corporation of <br /> Neumiller and Beardslee to conduct a Phase II site investigation at the Lincoln Village <br /> Shopping Center, Stockton, California. <br /> The proposed site investigation is required to further evaluate the lateral extent of soil <br /> contamination and lateral and vertical extent of groundwater contamination. LH's <br /> investigation will consist of drilling and sampling eight (8) additional soil borings and <br /> drilling, installation and sampling of eleven (11) monitoring wells. <br /> Drilling has not yet been scheduled; however, it is anticipated to occur in late July. This <br /> of course, is subject to your regulatory review and approval of LH's enclosed workplan <br /> and permit application. This enclosed workplan has been reviewed and verbally approved <br /> by the Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB). The RWQCB <br /> contact is Richard McHenry, and he can be reached at 916/361-5656. Proposed well <br /> locations and construction details are provided in the enclosed workplan.
