MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. -2- <br /> SIMS-GRUPE MANAGEMENT CORPORATION <br /> LINCOLN PROPERTIES, LIMITED <br /> Footnotes: <br /> Early Warning Monitoring Well <br /> 2 City of Stockton Well <br /> 3 Sampled quarterly if in use, annually if not <br /> * Alkalinity, Ca, Cl , Cu, Fe, Methylene Blue Active Substance, Mn, Mg, pH, Na, <br /> sulfate, TDS, Total Hardness, Total Conductivity, Zn. <br /> REPORTING <br /> In reporting the monitoring data, the Discharger shall arrange the data in tabular form <br /> so that the date, the constituents, and the concentrations are readily discernible. The <br /> Discharger shall include ground water elevation contour and pollutant isoconcentration <br /> maps in the quarterly reports and shall evaluate the progress of the soil and/or ground <br /> water cleanup. <br /> The fourth quarterly report in any year shall include an annual summary of the <br /> monitoring program and the results of general mineral , metals, HVOCs, and total <br /> dissolved solids analyses. The report shall include pollutant concentration versus time <br /> plots, pollutant isoconcentration contour maps, ground water elevation contour maps, <br /> analytical data and a table summarizing well construction details. The report shall <br /> interpret and explain anomalies in the data. <br /> Quarterly monitoring reports shall be submitted to the Regional Board by the 20th day <br /> of the month following the quarter's end. <br /> The results of any monitoring done more frequently than required at the locations <br /> specified in the Monitoring and Reporting Program shall be reported to the Board. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program as of the date of this <br /> Order. <br /> WILLIAM H.
