By 18 September 1992 and annually thereafter review and, if necessar , <br /> propose modifying and expanding the ground water monitoring program (MP�. <br /> Lincoln shall comply with the attached Monitoring and Reporting Program. <br /> 18. Lincoln shall reimburse the Board for all reasonable costs for work required <br /> to oversee the Lincoln' s investigation and cleanup of the polluted soils and <br /> ground water. <br />
