The work is directed under the regulatory oversight of Wendy Wyels with the
Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board. San Joaquin County Public Health
Services Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD)will oversee the grouting activities.
Once PHS/EHD has received the SJC Pubic Work's encroachment permits, PHS/EHD will issue
the drilling permits and the field activities proposed can commence.
If you require further information, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you for your
continued cooperation.
