Active drilling will be performed during nighttime <br /> hours (10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m.) as defined in your'letter of March 31, 1997, which granted access <br /> for the MW-21 evaluation. During non-active periods (9 a.m. to 10 p.m.), all equipment would <br /> remain in place as necessary within the work area and would be protected by a security guard. If <br /> the work progresses at a rate that will require continuation of drilling beyond the weekend, the <br /> work tasks scheduled for the last night of the work week(Thursday) will be sequenced so that all <br /> possible extraneous.equipment can be moved off site to Minimize rs <br /> the weekend.
