("LPL") has received your May 13, 1998 request for site <br /> access to Lincoln Center for two (2)weeks commencing June 1, 1998 between the <br /> hours of 8:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., Sunday evening through Thursday evening to install <br /> remedial investigation soil borings (.'7), soil vapor boring (1), and monitoring well (1) at <br /> Lincoln Center North and South. LPL understand that LFR will be commencing these <br /> activities upon receipt of LPL's grant of site access and after permits are obtained from <br /> the County of San Joaquin. <br /> LPL hereby grants access to Levine-Fricke-Recon ("LFR")to perform the above <br /> referenced work, subject to LPL's prior receipt of: <br /> 1. An executed "Release and Waiver of Liability"form from any LFR <br /> employee or LFR subcontractor employee participating in these <br /> activities at Lincoln Center who has not already tendered same to <br /> LPL. <br /> 2.
