• <br /> MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM NO. 98-062 -4- <br /> SETTLING DRY CLEANING DEFENDANTS <br /> LINCOLN VILLAGE CENTER <br /> GROUNDWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> REPORTING <br /> Monitoring results shall be submitted by the 30th day of the month following each calendar quarter. <br /> In reporting the monitoring data, the Discharger shall arrange the data in tabular form so that the date, the <br /> constituents, and the concentrations are readily discernible. The data shall be summarized in such a <br /> manner to illustrate clearly whether the discharge complies with waste discharge requirements. <br /> If the Discharger monitors any pollutant at the locations designated herein more frequently than is <br /> required by this Order, the results of such monitoring shall be included in the calculation and reporting of <br /> the values required in the discharge monitoring report form. <br /> Annually, by 30 January, the Discharger shall submit a report evaluating the effectiveness of the <br /> groundwater extraction and treatment system including at a minimum: both tabular and graphical <br /> summaries of groundwater extraction and treatment system operating and monitoring data, groundwater <br /> elevation data, corresponding discussions of the effectiveness of the groundwater extraction system, and <br /> plans for improvements to the extraction or treatment system. The annual report shall also include the <br /> reasons for and duration of all interruptions in the operation of the extraction and treatment systems. <br /> All reports submitted in response to this Order shall comply with the signatory requirements of Standard <br /> Provision D.6. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program on the first day of the month following <br /> effective date of this Order. <br /> is <br /> Ordered by: i <br /> GARY?k CARLTON, Executive Officer <br /> 17 April 1998 <br /> (Date) <br /> PHL/KHC:Isb <br /> Date: 4/23/98 <br />
