Vice President/In-House Counsel Pacific Oversight& Management Corporation 615 Lincoln Center Stockton, CA 95207 Subject: Request for Site Access to Conduct Field Activities at Chevron Station No. 9-6171, Lincoln Center, Stockton, California Dear Mr. Smith: On behalf of the Settling Dry Cleaning Defendants, Levine-Fricke-Recon Inc. (LFR) hereby requests access to Lincoln Center to install extraction wells and conveyance piping trenches Chevron Station No. 9-6171, located at 6633 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, California ("the Subject Property"). As discussed during recent telephone conversations between Mr. Chris Alger of LFR and Mr. Brett Hunter and Mr. Rick Garrett of Chevron Products Company ("Chevron"), installation of the Phase I Interim Remedial Action groundwater extraction system on the Subject Property will occur concurrently with the current station remodeling. The scope of work and schedule for conducting these activities are described in the enclosed access request letter to Chevron representatives. Before LFR can perform the extraction well installation work, we must obtain well permits from the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division(SIC PHS/EHD). To issue the permits, the SIC PHS/EHD must have written permission from the property owner and tenant to conduct the work on the Subject Property.
