(LFR) hereby requests <br /> access to Lincoln Center to install extraction wells and conveyance piping trenches Chevron Station <br /> No. 9-6171, located at 6633 Pacific Avenue, Stockton, California ("the Subject Property"). As <br /> discussed during recent telephone conversations between Mr. Chris Alger of LFR and Mr. Brett <br /> Hunter and Mr. Rick Garrett of Chevron Products Company ("Chevron"), installation of the <br /> Phase I Interim Remedial Action groundwater extraction system on the Subject Property will occur <br /> concurrently with the current station remodeling. The scope of work and schedule for conducting <br /> these activities are described in the enclosed access request letter to Chevron representatives. <br /> Before LFR can perform the extraction well installation work, we must obtain well permits from <br /> the San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division(SIC PHS/EHD). <br /> To issue the permits, the SIC PHS/EHD must have written permission from the property owner <br /> and tenant to conduct the work on the Subject Property.
