MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM -5- <br /> SETTLING DRY CLEANING DEFENDANTS <br /> LINCOLN VILLAGE CENTER <br /> GROUNDWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> summarized in such a manner to illustrate clearly whether the discharge complies with waste <br /> discharge requirements. <br /> If the Discharger monitors any pollutant at the locations designated herein more frequently than <br /> is required by this Order,the results of such monitoring shall be included in the calculation and <br /> reporting of the values required in the discharge monitoring report form. <br /> Annually, by 30 January,the Discharger shall submit a report evaluating the effectiveness of the <br /> groundwater extraction and treatment system including at a minimum: both tabular and graphical <br /> summaries of groundwater extraction and treatment system operating and monitoring data, <br /> groundwater elevation data, corresponding discussions of the effectiveness of the groundwater <br /> extraction system, and plans for improvements to the extraction or treatment system. The <br /> annual report shall also include the reasons for and duration of all interruptions in the operation <br /> of the extraction and treatment systems. <br /> All reports submitted in response to this Order shall comply with the signatory requirements of <br /> Standard Provision D.6. <br /> The Discharger shall implement the above monitoring program on the first day of the month <br /> following effective date of this Order. <br /> Ordered by <br /> GARY M.
