OEHHA's comment memorandum is attached. OEHHA <br /> concludes that the Draft HRA incorporates reasonable conservatism, the risk estimate <br /> calculations are correct, and human health risks are not expected to exceed those estimated as <br /> long as land use does not change. <br /> By 25 March 2001, please submit the Final HRA.
