Here's the map I have for this phase. I have had to research items that are to be included in our database so that the permit maybe issued. Note how propertylines for EACH parcel are drawn in and how addresses and assessor parcel numbers are added. These are the minimum items needed on maps where offsite work is to be conducted. Include installations in City or County right of ways, and the detailing must be even more precise. Thank you for forwarding the City of Stockton Public Works encroachment and revocable permits for this phase. After discussing this with my boss, Margaret Lagorio,we have decided that 4 permit applications will be required for this phase of work in the city's right of way. The PHS-EHD permits will be issued to the four streets and those addresses noted on the City's revocable permit("Pacific,West BHD, Ingelwood, and Felton"). I'll use the applications already here for these four and change the information to fit the site. You will have to send me one LFR check for $356 (4 x $89) so I can issue them. Also, please send me a schedule with the dates you are expecting each well installation to begin. When PHS-EHD receives phones calls from the public and other government offices about"drilling",we are expected to be able to advise these callers on the status of the field activities. Without a schedule or an update on changes, I can't give the supervisors the answers they are looking for. You can imagine what that maybe like when someone thinks we don't know what's going on....
