From: Caryn Quist
Sent: Tuesday,January 29, 2013 11:23 AM
To: 'jyoakum@sjcehd.com'
Subject: Lincoln Center- Work plan
Hello Johnny,
I am submitting the attached Work Plan (dated 16 October 2012) on behalf of the Lincoln Center Environmental
Remediation Trust regarding upcoming plans to conduct soil vapor confirmation sampling at the Lincoln Village Shopping
Center in Stockton, California. The Work Plan was originally submitted to and approved by the Central Valley Regional
Water Quality Control Board, the regulatory entity overseeing Site remediation work.
I understand that your approval is needed in order to commence the boring permit application process. Please review
the section "Confirmation Soil Vapor Sampling"on Page 4 of the document, detailing the work plan to install and sample
temporary soil vapor probes. In summary, Geosyntec/TEG plan to install 12 temporary soil borings at a total depth of 5
feet and abandon the borings the same day. Four borings will be installed on parcel 097-410-79,and six borings on
parcel 097-410-73.
Borings will be on private property owned by Lincoln Properties Ltd and proper access agreements are already in place
to conduct this work. The work will occur on two adjacent parcels (097-410-79,097-410-73).
Please contact me if you have any questions or would like to further discuss the work plan.
Regards,
Caryn Quist
Caryn Quist
Staff Engineer
------------------------------------------------------
3043 Gold Canal Drive, Suite 201
Rancho Cordova,California 95670
Office:916.637.8048 Geosyntec
Direct: 916.637.8331
Cell:916.712.3991 CO11sWt111tS
Fax: 916.637.8321
www.Geosvntec.com anglncwrs I edeutGts t Im ovawrs
This electronic mail message contains information that(a)is or may be LEGALLY PRIVILEGED,CONFIDENTIAL,
PROPRIETARY IN NATURE,OR OTHERWISE PROTECTED BY LAW FROM DISCLOSURE,and(b)is intended only for the use
of the Addressee(s)named herein. If you are not the intended recipient,an addressee,or the person responsible for delivering this to an
addressee, you are hereby notified that reading, using, copying,or distributing any part of this message is strictly prohibited. If you have
received this electronic mail message in error, please contact us immediately and take the steps necessary to delete the message
completely from your computer system.
2
