This work is being conducted by the owners <br /> of the shopping center in cooperation with the Central Valley Water Board. <br /> Additional work (installing and sampling groundwater wells) is planned for the <br /> Inglewood Avenue area and we will do our best to work in the public right-of- <br /> California Environmentalway. In some cases, we may require limited access to private property. We <br /> Protection Agency will not need access to any single property for more than 5 days.
