The <br /> objective of this inspection was to document the condition of the wells prior to transfer of ownership to the <br /> Jamestown and Lincoln Center Trusts. The inspection was conducted by an ARCADIS representative on <br /> July 14, 2009. On July 13,2009 Mr. Mark Adams of Point Environmental was invited to participate during <br /> the inspection; however, due to the nature of activities he declined to participate. <br /> The findings of the inspection are presented below. Monitoring well logs are included in Attachment 1. <br /> Monitoring Well MW-2 <br /> MW-2 is a 4-inch outside diameter(OD)poly vinyl chloride (PVC)groundwater monitoring well and was <br /> installed by Sierra Environmental Services(Sierra)on July 24, 1990.
