Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Chris Thode(Owner). <br /> 2.) TPID certificate is posted in the office behind the counter. <br /> 3.) Manifest were on site and available for review during inspection. <br /> 4.)Waste tires were counted directly. <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire logs, receipts, and manifests for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility only stores its waste tires at this location. <br /> 7.) Inspection report emailed to jcautomotive@verizon.net. <br />
