(GHCI), and has the following comments. <br /> Since the EHD wrote the letter to you dated October 5, 2006, the EHD has discussed with the Central <br /> Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board (CVRWQCB) that work plans for bench scale testing <br /> (BST) should be submitted to and approved by the CVRWQCB. <br /> Please send a copy of the Plan to Mr. James Barton of the CVRWQCB so that he may evaluate your <br /> proposal for waste discharge requirements (WDR). <br /> Once the CVRWQCB has approved the BST work plan, the EHD permit application and permit fess <br /> should be submitted to the EHD. The EHD will issue the well/boring permit if the work complies with <br /> State and County Well Standards. <br /> Thank you for your continued cooperation and response to the EHD directives.
