I advised that technical justification was needed before I can approve the work plan/proposal and included some docs as a guideline for establishing this justification. I was hoping my March 15, 2006 - 3:00pm email to you satisfied your comment in the letter....( "If you agree in principle with the implementation of ozone sparging at this site.......
