The EHD advises that you check with Mr. Richard <br /> Stiffler of the City of Stockton at (209) 937-8740 to verify if changes in discharge requirements could affect your <br /> proposal. Additionally, some areas in Stockton have limited ability to received large amounts of treated water. <br /> You should also verify if the sewer conveyance system in this area is capable of receiving the amount of <br /> treated water you plan on discharging. <br /> If the City of Stockton accepts your proposal for disposal of the treated water, the Plan is adequate and <br /> necessary as submitted [H&S Code 25296.10(c)(3)and approved. <br /> If you have any questions, please contact Michael Infurna, Senior Registered Environmental Health Specialist <br /> at (209)468-3454. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> Michael J.
