Based on the formation and lack of <br /> adequate attenuation of these by-product chemicals, Thrifty Oil has decided not to proceed with Ozone <br /> injection at the site. The EHD concurs. <br /> Please submit the Work Plan for Remediation System Modification discussed in the report to Geotracker <br /> so that it is available for review by the EHD on April 7, 2008. <br /> Thank you for your patience and cooperation during this process.
