The well vaults were set today, June 3, 2011, by a <br /> subcontractor for Miller Pacific, Inc., the contractor responsible for performing the site redevelopment activities. <br /> ATC is currently in conversations with the site redevelopment contractor to determine when ATC will be able to <br /> develop the recently installed and recently recovered monitoring wells-, ATC expects this work to be performed in <br /> mid-June, 2011, with the quarterly groundwater sampling event (when the initial groundwater sampling of the <br /> recently-installed monitoring wells will be performed) tentatively scheduled for late-June 2011. <br /> ATC will evaluate data collected during well installation and quarterly groundwater sampling activities, and present <br /> a recommendation regarding future remedial activities in a well installation report to be issued during Third Quarter <br /> 2011. <br /> If you have any questions or comments regarding this project, please contact Ben Chevlen at (805) 496-1217. <br /> Sincerely, <br /> ATC Associates <br /> Benjamin Chevlen, PG <br /> Senior Project Manager <br /> Cc: Ms. Shelby Lathrop, ConocoPhillips Company (via electronic upload to Livelink) <br /> Larry Higinbotham, Thrifty Oil Company (via electronic mail) <br />
