After <br /> redevelopment, each modified wellhead is to be reconstructed flush with the <br /> surface. Any well that has obstructions that cannot be removed must be destroyed <br /> under permit/inspection of the EHD. Replacement requirements for secured and <br /> destroyed wells will be determined by the EHD after the report of findings for this <br /> phase has been received on Geotracker and the site characterization evaluated. <br /> COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> • Submit a separate well destruction and installation permit application and fee for <br /> on-site and off-site parcels.
