i (G) Assignee will be responsible for performance of all corrective action required for the Site and any enforcement action by any regulatory agency related to the corrective action after the Effective Date of this Agreement. Assignor shall remain responsible for any enforcement action related to the corrective action prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement. (H) Assignor agrees to cooperate in providing any additional agreements(access, use of equipment, etc.)to facilitate Assignee's assumption of the corrective action at the site that is subject to this Agreement. (1) Assignee agrees to cooperate with and take all actions requested by Assignor to obtain reimbursement from the Fund of costs incurred by Assignor prior to the Effective Date. Assignee shall promptly remit to Assignor all sums of money received from the Fund for costs incurred by Assignor prior to the Effective Date. (J) Assignor also agrees to cooperate in signing the Non Recovery From Other Sources Disclosure Certification and any other forms required for Fund reimbursement. 3. Notices. Any notices required to be made under this Agreement shall be made in writing to the address of the appropriate party as set forth below. All such notices shall be deemed to have been duly given and received upon receipt, delivery by courier or personal delivery service, or by U.S. Mail.
