Edward Ralston and Chris Panaitescu: <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received and reviewed <br /> Quarter Summary Report — Fourth Quarter 2012, dated 15 January 2013, submitted by your <br /> consulting firm, Cardno ATC, on your behalf for the above-referenced site. The EHD has also <br /> reviewed the analytical data uploaded to GeoTracker for groundwater samples collected on 13 <br /> March 2013. <br /> Based on the groundwater analytical data from the fourth quarter 2012 and first quarter 2013, <br /> the EHD directs the following reduction in sampling: <br /> • Annually, during the second quarter of each year, collect and analyze groundwater <br /> samples from MW-12R, MW-17, MW-19 and MW-20; <br /> • Semi-annually, during the second and fourth quarters of each year, collect and analyze <br /> groundwater samples from MW-21 and MW-22; <br /> Continue: <br /> • Semi-annually, during the second and fourth quarters of each year, to collect and <br /> analyze groundwater samples from MW-3, MW-4R, MW-13, MW-14, MW-15; and <br /> • Annually, during the second quarter of each year, to collect and analyze groundwater <br /> samples from MW-5 through MW-7, MVV-9 and MW-16; <br /> Analyze all groundwater samples only for total petroleum hydrocarbons as gasoline (TPH-g); <br /> benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene and total xylenes (BTEX); methyl tertiary-butyl ether (MTBE) <br /> and tertiary-butyl alcohol (TBA). <br />
